About the Team
Ann Kelleher – Founder and President
Ann Kelleher has been a business owner in the staffing industry for more than 20 years. In 2010, she responded to her clients’ emerging needs by incorporating the areas of human resource practices and leadership training and development to the core business of staffing. Ann enjoys working side by side with clients to help them increase their effectiveness through the optimization of people, processes and decision-making.
Ann serves on the Boards of Trustees for Grace University and the Greater Omaha Alliance for Business Ethics. She is a member of the Omaha-area advisory board of the Better Business Bureau serving Nebraska, South Dakota, and Southwest Iowa.
Ann is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands. Ann is a founding member of Christian Business Women’s Fellowship.
Ann and her husband Pete love any excuse to travel to Washington, D.C. to visit their three young grandsons. Ann also enjoys get-togethers and traveling with the “Husker Hotties,” her long-time college friends!
Ann is a native Nebraskan. She earned her B.S. in Sociology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and an M.S. in Urban Studies, with a specialization in Gerontology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Terry Simanek – Staffing Operations Manager/HR Advisor
Terry is an accomplished HR professional with 20+ years management experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She has experience as an internal consultant and managed HR functions with organizations such as the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Mutual of Omaha and Creighton University. She currently holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certificate.
Terry has partnered with managers at all organizational levels to assist them in achieving goals, resolving problems, and enhancing performance. Terry led project teams and developed programs and solutions from the departmental level to the organizational level. She is an experienced trainer and Gallup facilitator and served as the Operations Manager at a local medical clinic for three years.
A native Omahan, Terry is active in the community with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Siena Francis House, Stephen Center, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is currently involved in Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) community outreach events. Terry earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
For relaxation, Terry spends time with her two children, a son and daughter, who both live in Omaha. Terry also enjoys on- and off-road cycling (although she really doesn’t do it enough to justify the 4 bikes she owns), anything involving water (boating, swimming, snorkeling, skiing), and reading (she even admits to reading Louis L’Amour westerns).

Michelle Metzger – Staffing Assistant
Michelle is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Human Resource Management. She passed her PHR certification exam in May 2010.
Before moving to Omaha, Michelle worked in administration with the Escambia County School District in Pensacola, Florida. She was employed in customer service while at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
Michelle enjoys living in the Omaha area and says, “I am thrilled to be a part of the Integrity Staffing & Solutions team.” Michelle loves staffing because she welcomes the challenge of a good puzzle and finding the perfect fit.
Michelle is a self-described bookworm who reads a variety of genres, and she is always taking recommendations. While Michelle loves the page turning of a good book, her new best friend is her Kindle.

Pete Kelleher – Payroll & Accounting Coordinator
Pete processes payroll information, handles AP/AR and performs general accounting duties. He works for Integrity on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Pete has worked in private industry and public service during his career. His experience encompasses systems analysis, programming, customer service and administration. Previous employers include First Data Resources, Mutual of Omaha, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska and the Douglas County Child Support Enforcement Office.
Pete has a BGS with an emphasis in psychology from The University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is also a graduate of The Institute of Computer Science.
Pete’s past-times include playing golf and watching all kinds of sporting events. His favorite baseball team is the Chicago White Sox. A highlight for Pete is teaching and encouraging his grandsons as they develop their athletic abilities. He loves to hear them say, “Throw me another one Grampy Pete!”
