Teaming Up Increases Training Effectiveness

Omaha’s Lamp, Rynearson & Associates had grown to include several remote locations with hiring managers at each site.  Growth is good.  At the same time, it broadens a company’s risk exposure.

The engineering firm’s Manager of Human Resources, Gaylene Brennan, knew the hiring managers needed additional training to educate them about staying in compliance with employment laws as well as to help them succeed at identifying and selecting top-notch employees.  For some, the interview training would be a refresher, and for others, a first-time exposure.  After considering different ways she could effectively deliver the training, Gaylene decided to collaborate with a consultant at Integrity.
